Today my Spring Green Risotto is being featured on Aurora Importing: Risotto Goes Wild!
Aurora has introduced Recipideo (a recipe featured in a video under 4 minutes). Their most recent Recipideo is for Risotto with Peas. They use a bouillon cube and boiling water rather than the vegetable stock I used. They also add some cognac (alcohol) which I did not do since we don’t drink alcohol.
